It's called the The Snow Spider and is adapted by Io Theatre Company from the award-winning novel by Jenny Nimmo. The play tells the story of Gwyn Griffith who on his ninth birthday gets five strange gifts which unlock the door to a series of exciting discoveries. Gwyn is drawn into an adventure in which he must confront powerful forces from the past if he is to come to terms with his own future – but he has the help of a silver spider from another world...
It's on from 31 October - 17 November at the Theatre downstairs at the Ovalhouse.
